Biography

Mekado was a German trio, Melanie Bender, Kati Karney and Dorkas Kiefer, named with the first two letters of each first name. “Wir geben ’ne Party”, written by Ralph Siegel and Bernd Meinunger, went to Dublin in 1994 as one of the favourites and finished third.
