Eurovision, country by country

52 countries have sung at the Eurovision Song Contest since 1956, and 28 of them have won it. Ireland and Sweden share the record with seven wins each. Pick a country for every song it has sent, how each one did, the years it hosted, and what our stories say about it.

Countries are listed under the name they use today: Czechia’s record includes its years as the Czech Republic, and North Macedonia’s its years as Macedonia. Yugoslavia and Serbia and Montenegro have their own pages, because their records belong to no one country that exists now.
