Biography
Teach-In was a Dutch band, active from 1967 to 1980, whose line-up changed several times. After several top-twenty hits at home in the early 1970s, the band won the 1975 contest in Stockholm with “Ding-a-dong”, and with it an international audience.

- 1975 The result
The extra rehearsal was not wasted. Teach-In's "Ding-a-dong" won for the Netherlands with 152 points — the first time the song that opened the show had won it. It was the Netherlands' fourth victory, level with France and Luxembourg.
- 1976
Five Dutch cities wanted the 1976 contest. Enschede, the home town of the winners Teach-In, wanted it too, but had neither a hall nor enough hotel rooms.
